Can I return an unwanted product?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. You can return unwanted items to store or by phone.

Can I pay on finance?

Currently we do not offer a finance payment option but we are looking into it and hope to be able to offer it in the near future.

When can I order?

You can order through the website at any time, or phone us. We're available Monday-Sunday, 8am-10pm and you can contact us on 01482 853279 or 07462 638649.

Can you take away my old item?

Of course we can. For a cost of £9.99 we can take away your old item for you. Please make sure you request this service when you check out. We're part of the government's WEEE directive, so we make sure items are disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.

What do I do if I have a problem after my item has been delivered and connected?

We're here for you every step of the way. Just call our advice line on 01482 853279 or 07462 638649 and we'll either resolve the problem for you over the telephone or we'll organise for a manufacturer's engineer to visit. Please make sure you have your serial number handy when calling in, as our team will need this to book in your engineers visit. If you have a small TV (under 37”) we may need you to take it to your local service centre, but don't worry we'll make sure it all goes smoothly.

What happens if you can't deliver?

Occasionally we may experience delivery restrictions in your area beyond our control. For example bad weather closing roads. We'll always try our best to deliver and if we think your order may be affected, we'll block out those dates in your delivery calendar.
