Sport Therapy Peter Lilly

It is important to choose a qualified sports therapist,   like myself,  who has undertaken all the necessary training to understand the theory and practice of this therapy area. The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority to maintain a register of suitably qualified Sports Therapists.

I offer several different modes of treatment, including Ultra Sound, Kinesio Taping, Trigger Point therapy and Remedial Massage.  Remedial massage is the application of ‘hands on soft tissue’ using techniques taken from many different forms of massage.

My aim is to offer remedial therapy and get you back on your feet as quickly as possible with minimal discomfort to yourself or your wallet; however, many clients find it useful to continue with regular treatments.

What you will find:

1. A therapist who works to your level of comfort and asks questions throughout.

2. A brief consultation before treatment and questions throughout to assess the best possible treatment plan.

3. Lots of hands on treatment and advice.

4. A therapist who applies no more pressure than is needed to ensure your comfort throughout.

5. You fully in control, just pay on the day with no hidden fees.

6. A chatty, warm, inviting environment with an emphasis on making you feel at ease.

7. No pressure to sign up for multiple sessions.  It is always your decision if you wish to book another session or not.

A normal Sports Therapy session is approximately 40 minutes but you may book a longer session if you wish, a few treatments, such as Hot Stone Massage, take a little longer and will need a minimum of 1 hour.
